Beware of phone scams.
Hotel staff will never call you claiming there's an "order error" or "bank issue" and asking you to make an ATM transfer or provide personal financial information. This is a scam. Do not trust suspicious calls, do not use ATMs, and do not provide credit card information. If you receive a call from an unknown number: 1. Listen carefully to what the caller is saying. 2. Hang up on the suspicious call. 3. Call the hotel to verify or contact the 165 anti-fraud hotline.
